Philip Herman

Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Arion EFV he has over 30 years’ experience in the company, Philip has seen many changes over the years. His background was initially in the manufacturing division and followed through to sales. Having taken over management of the business in 2010 from his father, and seen the successful change of the company name he is now leading the company forward.

Paul Herman

Sales Manager

With extensive experience in the equestrian industry he has brought many great products into New Zealand most recently being our amazing Cavallino Saddle. He now oversees the sales planning and promotions that we often run. Paul has also spent a number of years managing the warehouse and assisting in the manufacturing of some of our New Zealand made products.

Braden Herman

North Island Sales Rep.

Braden has been an integral part of this company for over 8 years. He is proactive and well received by his clients he visits regularly. He is very passionate about the equestrian industry and enjoys having the opportunity to meet so many people in this industry. Throughout the past year he completed a course on Advanced Business Management and has a full understanding of business.

Joel Herman

Marketing Manager

Joel has only recently taken up this roll as the marketing manager. After spending five year in dispatch, making sure that everyone gets there goods on time and in good order. His role now is predominantly focused around organising our advertising and product promotions. He has also completed a diploma in business majoring in marketing. The most recent task has been coordinating the setup of this amazing site.
